Six years ago, I arrived in Ireland with little more than a dream and a strong determination to succeed. Coming from a business-minded family, I always knew I had a passion for helping others and creating positive change. However, at that time, I knew no one and had to start from scratch. I worked tirelessly, completing my MBA in Project Management & Finance, earning certifications as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. These qualifications provided me with the tools to navigate the professional landscape and develop a deep understanding of project management and process optimization.
My experience in Ireland made me realize the challenges others faced when trying to find their dream job or improve their careers. There was no one to guide me through the process, and that gap became a key motivator for me. I made a promise to myself that once I settled, I would dedicate my time and knowledge to helping others avoid the struggles I faced. I decided to become a mentor, guiding individuals through the job search journey and helping them shape their own success stories.
In 2021, I began offering free career guidance to people who needed assistance with their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation. Over time, I began to see the direct impact of my work. My clients told me they were landing interviews, succeeding in their interviews with my mentorship, and securing job offers. The joy and satisfaction I felt hearing these success stories fueled my passion even more.
As my passion for helping individuals grew, I realized that it wasn’t only people who needed support—it was also businesses. With my expertise in process improvement, Agile methodologies, automation, and business systems optimization, I wanted to extend my help to businesses as well. That’s when I officially started Shaping Success Stories, not just to help individuals but also to assist businesses in improving their efficiency and performance.
With over 10 years of professional experience, working with global companies like Microsoft, Maersk, and Irish-based businesses like Surf N’ Fries, Richmond Marketing, and Freshways, I have gained a deep understanding of how businesses operate and how to solve complex challenges. My knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles has allowed me to streamline processes and deliver impactful results. This experience, combined with my qualifications and practical expertise, now powers my work at Shaping Success Stories, where I provide career mentorship and consultancy, helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals.
